Helping couples move beyond recurring patterns of conflict and disconnection
Relationships can become stuck in painful cycles that leave both partners feeling unheard, misunderstood or emotionally distant. Together, we slow things down, explore what is happening beneath the conflict, and make sense of the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
Rather than focusing on blame, therapy helps each partner better understand themselves, each other, and the relationship, creating space for greater connection, clarity and lasting change.

Understanding yourself and creating lasting change
Many people come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed or caught in patterns they cannot explain. Together, we make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, helping you understand your thoughts, emotions and relationships more clearly.
I work with relationship difficulties, childhood emotional neglect, anxiety, self-worth, grief and life transitions, always working at a pace that feels right for you.
Sessions are available in Thame and online..
Compassionate support through loss and change
Drawing on my experience supporting people within a hospice, I offer a calm and thoughtful space to explore grief at your own pace. Every loss is different, and therapy provides an opportunity to make sense of your experience while finding a way forward.
Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, together we work towards greater understanding, adjustment and hope.
Sessions are available in Thame and online.
Support for parents experiencing distance, conflict or estrangement
Relationships with adult children can bring grief, confusion, guilt and unanswered questions. Therapy offers a space to explore these experiences with compassion, helping you understand the emotional impact and the patterns that may have developed within the relationship.
Rather than focusing on blame, we work towards greater understanding, clarity and a way forward that feels right for you.
Sessions are available in Thame and online.
