Couples and Relationship Therapy
Developmental Model of Couples Counselling (ongoing)
Two years completed of advanced training in the Developmental Model, helping couples understand the patterns beneath conflict, strengthen emotional connection, and develop healthier ways of relating.
Specialist Diploma in Couples and Relationship Counselling (2023)
Advanced training in working with couples experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, emotional distance, trust issues, and relationship transitions.

Specialist training in couples therapy, focusing on improving communication, emotional connection, and healthier relationship patterns.

Professional Experience
Before qualifying in private practice, I volunteered within a hospice for over two years, supporting patients, carers, and people who had been bereaved. This experience continues to shape my understanding of grief, loss, and the importance of offering compassionate, thoughtful support during life's most difficult moments.
